Amazing place with free wi-fi in rooms, tv, and an electric kettle. I remember my first stay when the staff helped with an insect bite. I highly recommend it for its comfort. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Neat room with comfortable beds, a kettle, central heating and a flat-screen TV. Central location short walk to the beach and local shops, Blackpool and the promenade, family atmosphere. For tea or coffee visit Promenade Bistro nearby.

Clean and modern rooms with a cute atmosphere.
The lack of recreational facilities, as we felt confined to our small room, especially with a child. The breakfast area felt cramped with close proximity to other guests. The owner's eagerness to engage was overwhelming and intrusive, affecting our privacy considerably.

Simon was really cute, and our family suite was perfect for our needs. We were so close to the beach and nearby attractions like the donkey rides. Plus, the breakfast was tasty and very filling!
One downside was that my room felt a bit snug, especially the ensuite bathroom which was tight for space. Just something to keep in mind if you're on the taller side!

The room was spacious and very clean. The owner were really nice by bringing in a mini fridge and microwave due to the nearby shops closing early! Breakfast options were good, with a delicious full English offering that I enjoyed. The sea view from the room was a lovely touch that enhanced the experience.

Had a really lovely stay overall. the breakfast selection was gorgeous and savory. - the location was perfect, close to the seafront. - It was good to be 1 km away from McDonald's, serving short orders.
